The tour itself was very informative and we valued understanding the building and also enjoying the view. The information provided by ‘get your guide’ was unhelpful. The description states to meet at plac delfiad which is a massive car park and the tour agency desk which get your guide advertise is inside the building at a tourism desk and this should be on the description as we waisted time trying to work out where to meet and were late which was an inconvenience to us and the tour agency. The building itself has a lift up to the reception area but not easy access is most other places. If you have young children in pushchairs then it could be difficult. There was a stair lift which I saw used once but it did not seem readily available. There is a cloak room but they did not appear to want to keep the push chair inside but asked us to leave it outside in the corridor which again is stairs to access.

Educational and informative! The guide squeezed in a lot of information within a small.space of 45mins trip. I learnt a lot about the history of Warsaw and this impressive bundling. The helicopter view of the city from terrace was exquisite. I took plenty of pics even though it was damm freezing cold!

A must do while visiting Warsaw! The tour guide was very polite professional and friendly, full of knowledge and passion. She even brought us on a longer tour than expected as she had us so emersed in the experience and wanted more. To end the tour we got to see the best panoramic view of Warsaw.
