It was fantastic to have such quick / amazing access to the coliseum. Valentina was such a great guide and very funny ! , she was very informative telling us in great detail about all things rome / coliseum . I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone !

Informative tour with a friendly, personable & knowledgeable guide. This was a child friendly tour & our guide was good at answering both the kids and adults questions. It’s quite a bit of money for an hour & a half but that amount of time was plenty for the younger ones. It was also a smaller group- 2 families & another person, think it was 15 people max which was nice as the colosseum is busy, with a lot of tour groups, so I imagine if it was a bigger group, it can be more difficult to keep up and stay together. We had 3 kids ranging for 8-14 with us and they seem to stay engaged. The 8 year old reached his max attention span not long before the tour ended. I’ve been to the colosseum before without a tour & certainly think the tour makes a big difference. If you’re wanting to go to tick it off your list and take some pictures, then no need for a tour but if you want to know more, a tour is certainly worth it. If you don’t have kids, it’s probably worth doing a longer tour.

Our colosseum tour was amazing really good views and access to the gladiator arena. Our guide Valentina was lovely, very knowledgeable, helpful and kind. She involved everyone in the group and made us feel welcome. Easy location to find. Also had access to Roman forum.
